Pisut & Partners is pleased to announce the continued expansion of the Firm with the appointment of two new Partners namely Yutthana Sapsomboon and Nalanta Tonghorm from 1 January 2018.
Yutthana regularly advising Samitivej Hospitals, Prime Nature Group of Companies, a number of listed companies, and other Thai and international clients on all aspect of corporate and commercial law, including but not limited to dispute resolution. Yutthana has also extensive experience in medical malpractice and white-collar crime.
Nalanta advises Telenor Digital Asia, OMG International Limited, the SKA Film, WebTVAsia and other Thai and international clients on all aspects of the corporate and commercial law. Nalanta has particular expertise in commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and taxation. Nalanta is experienced in acting for clients across a broad range of industry sectors.
