  • Advising Akara Resources Public Company Limited in Administrative Court against the relevant authorities in Thailand over the controversial closure of the Chatree gold mines in Phichit and Phetchabun provinces. The Chatree gold mines which were suspended in late 2016 by order of Prime Minister, invoking Section 44 of the interim constitution, on the grounds that its activities were harmful to the environment and the health of the people living around the mine.
  • Advising Prayun Engineering Co., Ltd. in various cases before the Supreme Court Criminal Division for Persons Holding Political Positions, Civil Court, Dusit District Court, Administrative Court in connection with alleged fraud, money laundering over the controversial of Samut Prakarn Wastewater Management Project in excess of THB 30 Billion claims.
  • Advising PTT Public Company Limited in arbitration before TAI and litigation before the Civil Court against a THB 4 Billion claim from its contractor in connection with an alleged breach of a Contract for Construction of Gas Pipeline, Block Valve Station and Metering & Regulation Station of Sai Noi-North/South Bangkok Power Plants Gas Pipeline Project.
  • Advising PTT Public Company Limited in arbitration before TAI and litigation before the Civil Court against a THB 7 Billion claim from its contractor in connection with an alleged breach of a Contract for Construction of Third Transmission Pipeline Project.
  • Advising PTT Public Company Limited in arbitration before TAI and litigation before the Civil Court against a THB 20 Billion claim from its buyer in connection with an alleged breach of Sale and Purchase Condensate Residue Agreement.
  • Advising PTT Public Company Limited on a THB 3 Billion claim against its debtors in the Central Bankruptcy Court.

  • Advising a real estate company in claims brought by a group of plaintiffs living in Soi Sukhumvit 28 in the Administrative Court concerning revocation of the construction
  • Advising the Thai Bankers Association to appeal the compensation of expropriation for The MRT Pink Line Project and brought the case to the Administrative Court against the Ministry of Transportation concerning the fixing for compensation.
