David is a U.S. qualified lawyer (Illinois), trained R&D chemist and business professional living, working and studying in Thailand since 2010. David joined Pisut & Partners as a partner in January 2019, where he serves his corporate, SME and personal clients over a wide range of industries, regions and matters.
David’s prior global role as Senior Legal Counsel for SET-listed Sri Trang Agro-Industry (STA), a key supplier to the automobile industry and Thailand’s largest producer of medical gloves, provided him the opportunity to support the global expansion of a medical device business as well as handle complex matters in international shipping, intellectual property, market entry and expansion.
David’s main expertise lies in devising effective, value-adding strategies and solutions to complex problems that arise in relationships going through change. David also manages and leads a variety of legal projects, engages in marketing and business development activities, mentoring and training.
